AMAZING APPLE SMOOTHIE
2 c Apple sauce
1 c Apple cider
1 c Orange juice
2 tb Vermont maple syrup
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into
glasses and serve. 2 servings.
