Peachy Crockpot Sweet Potatoes Ingredients: 2 lb. Dark orange sweet potatoes 1 cup peach pie filling 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Pepper Directions: Spray a 4 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and place sweet potatoes in the slow cooker. Add pie filling, melted butter, salt and pepper and mix well. Cover and cook on high for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
