Ingredients
• 2 tbsps lemon oil
• 2 tsps lemon zest
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
• 1 box (10-ounces) Birds Eye Frozen Deluxe Asparagus Spears, thawed
25 to 35 minutes
Instructions
In medium mixing bowl, combine oil, zest, salt, and thyme; mix well to
dissolve salt. Add asparagus spears and toss to evenly coat with
mixture. Place spears on lightly oiled grill grate, preheated to HIGH.
Cook for 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn over using tongs and
cook another 4 minutes or until asparagus is browned and cooked.
