The Best Mexican Salsa

1 pound of tomatoes
5 fresh, green chilies
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Put tomatoes, chilies, garlic, salt and water in a pot and boil.
After 7 minutes, take pot off the heat. Pour mixture into a blender
and mix it. Then put in a bowl and sprinkle with the onion and the
cilantro. Serve with chips. Refrigerate any remaining.
