Fresh Salsa Picante
3 medium fresh tomatoes seeded and chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion or green onions
1 Anaheim chili, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice from concentrate or lemon juice from concentrate
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
In a medium bowl, combine ingredients: mix well. Cover. Chill. Serve with
tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes about 4 cups.
