Salsa de Tequila
2 tablespoons tequila
2 1/2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes (I use roma)
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions, including tops
1/3 cup diced green bell pepper
2 garlic cloves minced
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
squeeze of one half of a lime
1 or 2 serrano or 1 or 2 jalapeño peppers seeded and minced
Mix all together in a bowl, refrigerate until chilled and
flavors blend.
Serve with chips and enjoy.
