Zesty Italian Herb Salad Dressing
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried basil
2 Tbsp dry powdered garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
6 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to distribute evenly.
Place mixture in dry container with tight fitting lid. Store in cool, dry place for up to 6 months. Shake dry mix before measuring for prepared dressing.
To make Italian Salad Dressing from mix. Combine 3 Tablespoons of the Italian Herb Salad Dressing Mix with 1½ cup vegetable oil and 1/2 cup red wine vinegar. Combine all ingredients in glass jar. Shake until well blended. Makes about 2 cups of dressing.
