Cucumber Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup heavy cream -- whipped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
dash cayenne
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash white pepper
3/4 cup grated cucumber -- drained
Mix cream and mayonnaise. Stir lemon juice gradually into whipped
cream; add seasonings and cucumber. Serves 12.
