Golden Sour Cream Dressing
2 hard-boiled eggs -- yolks only
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
dash salt and pepper
Press yolks through a sieve and beat into sour cream. Beat in lemon
juice, sugar and seasonings. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
