Cranberry Dressing

Cranberry Dressing 1 cup cranberries 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons water 1/4 cup salad oil 1/2 cup evaporated milk -- chilled 2 tablespoons lemon juice Wash cranberries, dry on towel and put through food chopper using medium blade. Add sugar, salt and water; heat to boiling and cook 3 minutes. Chill. Add salad oil. Whip chilled milk until fluffy, add lemon juice and whip until stiff. Fold in cranberry mixture. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
