Strawberry Cream Dressing
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup heavy cream -- whipped
Fold strawberries and lemon juice into mayonnaise. Whip cream until it
will hold a soft peak and fold into mayonnaise mixture. Makes about 3
cups.
