Pineapple Cream Dressing

3 egg yolks 1/2 cup sugar 5 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 cup pineapple juice dash salt 1/2 cup heavy cream -- whipped Beat egg yolks and sugar together, add fruit juices and salt and cook in top of double boiler until mixture thickens. Cool and fold in whipped cream. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
