Pineapple Orange Dressing
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 Tablespoon Eden Red Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoons Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, or to taste
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish, or any Eden Mustard
1 teaspoon Eden Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons green onion, chopped
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree.
Serves 8
