Tuscany Dressing

Tuscany Dressing 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained (8 oz) 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 t. prepared mustard 1/2 t. crumbled basil 1/4 t. salt 1/4 t. crumbled oregano 2 T. red wine vinegar 1 T. lemon juice 1/3 cup oil In small bowl, drain marinade from artichoke hearts. Reserve artichoke hearts. Add remaining ingredients. Beat well and let stand an hour or more. Beat again before using. Makes 3/4 cup
