Asian Pork Salad

Servings: 4 Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes Ingredients - 1 pound Teriyaki Flavored Pork Tenderloin - 4 cups shredded Romaine lettuce - 4 cups shredded Napa cabbage - 1 bunch green onion sliced (about 1 cup) - 2 cups snow peas - 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges drained - 3/4 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® IMPERIAL CITRUS™ Stir Fry Sauce - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes - 1 cup crunchy chow mein noodles Directions Prepare tenderloin as directed on package. In large bowl, combine lettuce, cabbage, green onion, snow peas and oranges. In small bowl, combine sauce and red pepper flakes. To serve, place tenderloin slices over salad greens. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
