1 pound loaf frozen white bread dough thawed
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces Italian Sausage casing removed
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 tablespoon vinegar
dried oregano leaves
cracked pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 15 inch pizza pan or
cookie sheet. Roll out or press thawed dough into prepared
pan. Brush dough with oil. Bake 12 minutes. Meanwhile,
in 10 inch skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until
browned, stirring to separate meat. Spoon off fat. Stir
in soup and vinegar, heat through. Meanwhile in 10 inch
skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned,
stirring to separate meat. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup
and vinegar, heat through. Spread sausage mixture over
crust. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper. Top with cheese.
Bake 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into
wedges to serve.
