Pepperoni Pizza Pasta

8 oz. moscaccioli pasta cooked according to pkg. directions 4 oz. pepperoni sliced 1 green pepper chopped 1 onion chopped 1 C. mushrooms sliced 1 (1.42 oz) pkg. spaghetti seasonings packet 6 oz. tomato paste 1 3/4 C. water 2 T. oil 1 C. Mozzarella cheese, shredded In a skillet, brown pepperoni. Drain then add chopped green pepper, onion and mushrooms; saute' about 5 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce seasoning packet, tomato paste, water and oil. Blend well, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, then simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in the mostiaccioli and then pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
