Pork Chops Pizza

6 (1-inch) boneless pork chops Salt and pepper Oil 1 onion, finely chopped 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped 1 (8 oz) jar pizza sauce 1 (10 oz) box plain couscous 2 T (1/4 stick) butter 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Trim fat from pork chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a skillet, brown and cook pork chops on both sides about 5 minutes. Transfer chops to oblong slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Spoon onion and bell pepper over chops and pour pizza sauce over top. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Cook couscous according to package directions adding 2 tablespoons butter instead of 1 tablespoon suggested and place on serving platter. Spoon chops and sauce over couscous and sprinkle cheese over chops.
