Sausage Pizza Pie Casserole

8 oz. mild Italian sausage (removed from casing) 1 pkg. (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough 1/2 c. tomato sauce 2 T. chopped fresh basil or 2 t. dried basil 1/2 t. dried oregano 1/4 t. red pepper flakes 3 oz. whole fresh mushrooms, quartered 1/2 c. thinly sliced red onions 1/2 c. thinly sliced green bell pepper 1/2 c. seeded diced tomato 1/2 c. sliced pitted small ripe olives 8 slices smoked provolone cheese (2 to 3 c. shredded) 2 T. grated Parmesan and Romano blend cheese Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly coat 13x9" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Heat lg. skillet. Add sausage; cook until browned, stirring frequently to break up meat. Drain and discard fat. Line prepared dish with pizza dough. Spoon sauce evenly over dough; sprinkle with basil, oregano and pepper flakes. Layer with sausage, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, tomato, olives, and provolone cheese. Roll down sides of crust to form a rim. Bake 32 to 35 mins. or until bottom and sides of crust are light golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese blend; let stand 5 mins. before servings.
