Breakfast Pizza

8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls 1 pound pork sausage -- cooked and drained 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese 5 large eggs -- lightly beaten 1/2 cup milk 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/8 teaspoon pepper Unroll crescent rolls, separating into 8 triangles. Place triangles wth elongated points toward center on a greased 12- inch pizza pan. Press perforations together to form a crust. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes on lower rac of oven. Crust will be puffy when removed from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with cheeses. Combine eggs and remaining 3 ingredients; pour over sausage mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden. Serves 6. Breakfast Pizza 1/4 cup butter or margarine 3 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 pinch pepper 4 eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 pound fully cooked ham, julienned 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Melt butter in a medium nonstick skillet over low heat. Add potatoes, salt and pepper; cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour eggs over the potatoes; sprinkle with ham. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until the eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese; cook, uncovered, until melted. Cut into wedges.
