Up-On-The-Rooftop Pizzas

32slices pepperoni (about 2 oz.) 1(16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits 1(15-oz.) can chunky Italian tomato sauce 4oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese 4oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese 1 . Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 2 large cookie sheets. Stack pepperoni slices; cut out small wedge from stack so each slice resembles reindeer hoof print. Set large pieces aside; reserve small cut-out pieces. 2 . Separate dough into 8 biscuits; place 4 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Press out each to form 6-inch round. Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons sauce on each round. Sprinkle small cut-out pepperoni pieces over sauce. Sprinkle each round with Cheddar cheese; sprinkle each with mozzarella cheese. Top each with 4 pepperoni "hoof prints." 3 . Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted.
