Ingredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil OR vegetable oil
2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 6 ounces)
1 medium onion, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 pkg. (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
1 cup Prego® Three Cheese Italian Sauce
1 loaf (1 pound) frozen white bread dough, thawed
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease baking sheet.
In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook mushrooms and
onion until tender, stirring often. Add broccoli. Cook until liquid is
evaporated, stirring often. Stir in Prego sauce; set aside
On prepared baking sheet, press dough into a 12- by 10-inch rectangle,
pinching up edges to form a rim. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly
browned. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over crust to rim. Spread Prego sauce
mixture over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
