Fresh Pizza dough
1 tbsp olive oil (enough to cover dough)
Garlic Powder (enough to sprinkle on pizza crust)
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp fresh or dried parsley
Let the dough rise for about 1 1/2 hours before baking. Spray a pizza pan with cooking spray. Stretch the dough
to fit the pizza pan. Spread one tablespoon of olive oil on the dough. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Cover the
dough with the sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with parsley and Romano cheese. Bake at 425 F for 25 minutes.
Halfway through baking, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Finish baking. Makes 1 large pizza.
