Mushroom Sausage Pizza

1 tube 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough 1 tbs olive oil 1 small onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 14.5 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes 1 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried basil 5 oz link sweet Italian sausage, casing removed 2 cups shredded Fontina cheese 1 cup sliced mushrooms Heat oven to 400 degrees.* Coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Remove pizza dough and place on baking sheet. Stretch into a rectangle. Fold over the edges and press to form a 1 inch lip. Bake 10 min. Remove and set aside. Heat oil in a saucepan. Cook onion and garlic until softened. Add the tomatoes, oregano and basil to the saucepan and cook until slightly thickened. Heat a skillet, and crumble sausage into it. Cook sausage until no longer pink. Set aside. Spread sauce on top of crust, then sprinkle with sausage, cheese and mushrooms. Bake 12 min. or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Cut into 12 squares and serve. SERVE WITH RANCH DRESSING OR HOT SAUCE.
