1 can refrigerated biscuits
1/2 lb. ground beef or sausage
1/2 c. mashed canned tomatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 c. grated American cheese
Pat out biscuits to line an 8-inch pie tin. Brown meat; add tomatoes, onion and seasonings. Pour over biscuits
and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 375 oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and brown.
Serve with tossed green salad, sliced peaches and beverage.
