Easy Strawberry Streusel Pizza
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 1/4 cups quick oats
1/3 cup margarine, softened
1 egg
1 can (20 oz) strawberry pie filling
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry cake mix, oats and butter until
blended. Set aside 3/4 cup for topping.
To the remaining crumbs add the beaten egg and mix well. Press the
dough into a greased 12" pizza pan.`Build up edges slightly.
Bake @ 350 for 12 minutes.
Spread pie filling over crust to within 1" of edges. Combine the
nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, and reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle
over the filling.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
