Ingredients:
1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoni
1 green or red pepper, chopped
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups Prego® Traditional Pasta Sauce
Cubed Italian bread or tortilla chips
Directions:
COOK pepperoni and pepper in saucepan over medium heat 4 min. or until
pepper is tender.
ADD cream cheese and Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring constantly
until cheese is melted. Stir in pasta sauce. Heat through (do not
boil). Serve with bread cubes for dipping. Makes 3 cups or 6 appetizer
servings.
