1 lb. ground beef
1 14 oz. jar pizza sauce
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Brown and drain meat. Spoon beef into 8 inch baking pan. top with Pizza sauce and cheese.
Combine biscuit mix, milk, and eggs. Pour over casserole, evenly coating. Bake 400 F 30-35 minutes.
Serves 6.
May also choose to add sliced peppers, olives, and other pizza toppings, to desired tastes, on top of meat and before
sauce is added.
