CROCKPOT TERIYAKI PORK ROAST
Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (3 pounds) boneless pork loin roast - halved
1 1/2 teaspoons corn starch
3 Tablespoons cold water
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a greased crockpot. Add roast halves and turn to coat. Cover and cook on Low heat for 7 to 8 hours, or until a thermometer inserted into roast reads 160 degrees. Remove roast and keep warm. In a medium sauce pan, combine corn starch and cold water until smooth. Stir in cooking juices from crockpot. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Serve with roast.
