Lamb With Onions And Paprika
  
  3 pounds lamb cutlets
8 large onions, peeled, sliced
1 tablespoon paprika
2 1/2 cups water
seasonings to taste
  
  Put all ingredients together in a stew pan. Cover. Cook slowly for about 50 minutes.
Remove the excess fat which floats on the top.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
