Chelo Kabob

Ingredients 1 cup cooked rice per person Kabob 1 large onion 1 lime juiced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 lbs lean ground beef (or lamb) Instructions Put onion, salt, and lime in blender or food processor and liquefy. Add to ground meat and mix well. Form into oblong patties (about the length of your hand and half the width and about 3/4 inch thick). Place on a broiler pan and broil till done flipping once. Serve with rice This can be done on the bbq pit as well but I would make the patties a bit wider and thicker. Recipe Notes Chelo Kabob is a hamburger kabob served with rice.
