Raspberry Fudge Balls

8 oz. cream cheese; softened
6 oz. choc. chips, melted
3/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
l/4 c. raspberry preserves, seedless
l/3 c. almonds, finely chopped

Combine cream cheese and chocolate. Mix until well blended. Stir in
crumbs and preserves. Shape into l inch balls and roll in chopped
almonds. Chill several hours.

Another variation is to use graham cracker crumbs or choc. wafer
crumbs and use strawberry preserves and roll them in finely chopped
pecans
