See's Fudge Recipe
3 (12 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
8 oz. jar marshmallow creme
2 cups chopped pecans, optional
1 cup margarine or butter
4 to 4-1/2 cups sugar (I like 4 c. better)
12 oz. can evaporated milk
In a large bowl, combine chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, pecans,
and margarine (just dump it all in the bowl--no need to melt the
margarine first). In saucepan, heat sugar and milk over medium heat.
Bring to boiling point. Reduce heat and boil no more than 10 minutes.
Stir constantly so it doesn't burn or scorch. When 10 minutes is up,
pour over mixture in bowl. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Refrigerate until set. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Makes 5 lb. This is a
delicious, rich, creamy fudge.
