Five Minute Fudge

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons butter

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1 2/3 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups miniature marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Combine butter, milk, salt in a medium size pot on medium heat. Bring to a boil. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute until marshmallows and chocolate melt and blend. Pour into 8-inch square buttered pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
