Cookies & Cream Fudge

Cookies & Cream Fudge 3 cups sugar 3/4 cup butter 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk 1 (12 oz) pkg white chocolate chips 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme 1/2 cup cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crumbled Line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil. In a medium, heavy-duty saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Bring to a full rolling boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chips, marshmallow creme, finely crushed cookies and vanilla. Pour into the prepared pan. Sprinkle crumbled cookies on top. Gently swirl cookies into fudge using a knife without touching bottom of pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Makes 48 pieces.
