Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge
1 (16 oz) pkg powdered sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
1 T vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, cut up
Sift together sugar and cocoa. In a 2-quart microwavable bowl, combine sugar mixture, peanut butter, milk, vanilla and salt. Add butter. Microwave 2 to 4 minutes on high. Stir until smooth. Pour into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Chill. Yields 32 pieces.
