Rocky Road Fudge
2 T butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/w cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 tsp vanilla
In a medium saucepan, combine butter, milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 4 or 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, chips, nuts and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted. Pour into a buttered 8-inch baking pan. Chill until firm. Yields 32 pieces.
