Brownie Bottoms
Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup water
2 Tbs cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups packaged brownie mix
2 3/4-oz package chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup milk chocolate chip morsels
2 eggs
3 Tbs butter, melted
3/4 cup water
Directions:
Lightly grease the stoneware with a non-stick cooking spray. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, 3/4 cup water and cocoa powder and bring to a boil. In
a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients to form a batter. Spread the batter into the stoneware, and pour the boiling mixture over the batter. Cover cook on High for 1 1/2 hours. Turn of heat and let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
