Baked Fish
8 sac-a-lait fish
l bunch green onions (chopped)
l pod garlic (separated)
2 med. onions (sliced)
3 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 lemons (sliced 1/4 inch thick)

Layer fish on heavy duty aluminum foil. Place onions, lemon slices, green onions, and garlic on top of fish. Add seasoning. Wrap foil tightly around fish. Place on bar-b-que pit or in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
